We're happy to provide cots for our youngest guests.
On request we can deliver fresh bread and rolls every morning (pre-booking required).
You'll find plenty of parking spaces on the farm.

Our house is a non-smoking house. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony or terrace. Thank you for your understanding!
Dogs are permitted on request. We charge a supplement of € 20,00 per night (without food).

Resort tax is not included in the accommodation price and is € 1,30 per person over 15 years per night.

In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid. The remainder can be paid either in advance or in cash during your stay. Please note that we do not accept EC-cards (ATM card) or credit cards.

OUR MODIFIED COVID-19 CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
valid for winter 2020/21: free cancellation until 2 weeks before arrival!
Cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival are free of charge if they are related to
- a new lockdown or border closures
- a corona disease of a booked person
- another COVID-19 situation that does not allow spending your holiday
Otherwise the booking conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. As the unexpected can happen (illness, accident...) to anyone. Therefore, we recommend you take out travel insurance.
